Brig Syed Muhammad Mujtaba (Retd.) is the Chairman of the Board of Foundation Securities (Private) Limited. He brings to the table a distinguished career of service to Pakistan Army spanning over a period of 33 years.

His diverse experience in the army includes Defence and Military attaché in USA, commander of a brigade instructional school. Brig Mujtaba has also been decorated with Sitara-i-Imtiaz (Military) for his meritorious service.

He is a graduate of professional studies from Command and Staff College Quetta and also has a Masters degree in War Studies. He has made valuable contribution in strengthening the bond of military to military friendship between USA and Pakistan for which he has been awarded Legion of Merit Degree (Degree of Officer) by Department of the Army, Washington, USA.

Apart from his capacity as Chairman of Foundation Securities (Private) Limited, at present, he is successfully promoting the interests of Fauji Foundation, the largest corporate / welfare organization of Pakistan, both at national and international level, being Secretary Central Board of Directors and Secretary Committee of Administration.
